Shipping Policy
1.Which countries do you ship your products to?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- 📦Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
- 🚚Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

2. How is the delivery time calculated?(Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time)
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over the US $49.99.

☝Confirm
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
✌Processing
It usually takes 3-5 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
👌Shipping
Shipment takes 7-15 business days to arrive.(Note: Due to the large production volume or other force majeure factors, shipments may be delayed, please understand.)
Please note:
(1)Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 (while some items may need 6-9 business days)business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
(2)All packages have specific tracking information.
(3)You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
(4)Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
(5)Shipment Upgrade Notice:We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for US customers!
